CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We are happy to provide you with a full refund via original payment method where goods meet ALL of the below conditions:

 

  1. You have contacted us via email kc.kicks@outlook.com and requested a return form.
  2. We have reviewed and accepted your return request.
  3. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item.
  4. All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.
  5. Shoes must be sent back inside another box to ensure the item is not squashed or damaged in transit. Please do not tape or mark the original shoe box.
  6. KC KICKS do not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you post back your return package using a traceable service as KC KICKS will not be held liable for any lost packages.
  7. We can exchange the size of returned item where stock is available, or issue a full refund for the returned item.

If your return does not meet ALL of the above requirements, the items will NOT be accepted for return / refunds.

KC KICKS reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
